In the San Diego dental office of Kenneth J. Patterson, DDS we offer family and cosmetic dentistry in San Diego for you and your family.

We appeal to people on a personal level from the first time you enter our office. Our philosophy is to make sure that you receive the best dental care in San Diego in an atmosphere where you are not feeling "rushed", and know that we are listening to your needs.

Our services range from teeth cleaning and fillings to implant crowns or multiple implant replacement teeth. As a cosmetic dentist in San Diego, we have a variety of cosmetic dental services available to improve the appearance of unsightly natural teeth including teeth whitening, porcelain veneers and crowns.

We have a tight-knit staff of two hygienists and a small intimate support staff that is ready to personally assist you with your dental care in San Diego. We go step by step with the very first dental procedure, and if a patient experiences any fear, we move forward in stages. A priority is providing painless treatment for all our dental patients. Nitrous oxide sedation is available, and headphones are provided for patients' musical relaxation.

Dr. Patterson is a father of two young children. He knows the importance of making kids feel at ease with dental treatment from the very start. It was an orthodontist who inspired Dr. Ken Patterson to enter into the field of family dentistry.  Dr. Patterson had a positive experience getting orthodontic treatment in his teenage years and his memories of being a patient have strongly influenced his practice's philosophy.

A Cleveland native, Dr. Patterson graduated from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Patterson first came to San Diego after entering the Navy in 1989. He trained professionally while in the service. He was aboard the U.S.S. Acadia in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield. After leaving the service he joined other local practices before starting his own practice ten years ago.
